Forecast for Friday, August 7th
Aries Disseminating Moon

★Oracular Overview—our inner warrior is not broken, just bent… and, as the song goes–we can learn to love again…

This morning’s energies could be somewhat aggressive after recent, more quaggy environs…

Bulldozing through as the moon barges into Aries, much like independent preferences of a warrior with or without orders, as this moon “encourages to take the drive to be in the lead, to get ahead, to be special…”¹ and applies a conjunction to Chiron by the end of the day, suggesting rather strongly and directly that this metaphorical warrior energy will wind up wounded if being driven or motivated by ego, or it might simply be necessary to reflect upon wounds once inflicted, and survived, to better understand self-empowerment.

❝No one knows what you have been through or what your pretty little eyes have seen, but I can reassure you —whatever you have conquered, it shines through your mind.❞
——Nikki Rowe

Today is a day to go directly to the source of it all—to illuminate the inner essence from within…

Another way to navigate today’s somewhat uneasy energies is through lucid envisioning—as if this is a technical term *wink* as this is a constructive way of remembering that all the life force you need is within you… and that you are not your wounds or pain.

❝He who conquers himself is the mightiest warrior.❞

By lucid envisioning I mean to suggest engaging within a more seriously motivated daydream… it might be helpful for you to work through some egoic motivations and inclinations; today’s energies are inspiring you “to detach that drive from our own ego… it should be aimed at the problem in question, with all our might, and no frittering away of our energies on the petty…”¹

To be a warrior requires confidence, strength, appropriate aggressiveness, and bravery… and to accept, come to terms with, and accountably own one’s vulnerabilities. When we come from a place of fear or distrust our inner warrior is rendered impotent… but when we come from a place of love, and trust—our inner warrior is revived, honored, and illuminated.

❝A true warrior—the best warrior—isn’t cruel or mean. He doesn’t claw an enemy who can’t fight back. Where’s the honor in that?❞
——Erin Hunter

To encourage more of an illumined inner self, inspiring the motivations found from within—through this precious place of inner warrior—these motivations upon your lucid envisioning could truly turn a key of opportunity for you, in time… and manage to ease you through any remaining or current healing you’ve been managing yourself through, as well—and the more prepared you can learn to become these days (through the rest of the year) for the weekly shifts of cumbersome intensity, paving the way, however forcefully, to encourage willfully deeper self-exploration, as well as a more fully embodied manner of self-accountability.

And the next two days may perpetuate the bulldozing of this influencing urge of confronting self-accountability in a most vulnerably exposed way.

As astrologer Robert Wilkinson suggests, “a good meditation would be to take a look back at how something [related to that axis in your chart] has left and been replaced with something new… all our losses have left voids which will attract life contents more appropriate to who we are now—alternately, you may be feeling a void because someone else really isn’t there—now it’s time to turn to what will nourish you.”²

❝Fate whispers to the warrior, ‘You can not withstand the storm.’ The warrior whispers back, ‘I am the storm.’❞
——Jake Remington
