ॐOracular Mantra—learning to enjoy the processes of Time…

There’s a quote by Frances O’Roark Dowell that I simply adore, a quote that romanticizes the smell of trees, and resonates with today’s celestial environs…

❝You know why trees smell the way they do? Stars. Trees breathe in starlight year after year, and it goes deep into their bones. So when you cut a tree open, you smell a hundred years’ worth of light. Ancient starlight that took millions of years to reach earth. That’s why trees smell so beautiful and old…❞

It’s a lovely way of considering the delicate imbalances between anything Saturnian, such as bones and time itself, and all things Venusian, which is to imagine anything surrounding sentiment… which is what we’re feeling among the energies these days, both inner planetarily, and outer, among the heavyweights…

With everything in either Capricorn or Aquarius—these planetary energies are naturally governed by Saturn, and only Mars and Uranus, in Taurus—with an exception of Neptune in Pisces—is the ever-indelicate balance of Venusian governance.

In other words and sentiments, we are—both individually and collectively—we are literally being ‘cut open’ by time, and light, to expose our potential… to remind us of our transpersonal responsibilities.

I’m not entirely confident that I am able to fully or appropriately translate to you, especially as I write this in early December, the absolutely metamorphic proportions of change, consequence, and cosmic courageousness occurring now… and perhaps, when I actually publish this post, it will remain somewhat indefinable by words (and it still is somewhat indefinable at this point, as it’s still unraveling, though the quote above is still as close as I can translate).

Likely, it’ll be a feeling—much like the phenomena that is the scent of trees, through the phenomena of breathing in starlight—a phenomenal feeling we’ll quickly associate with disillusioned awe, or should these energies be exploited—quite possibly—outraged disbelief.

It could always really go either way. We must coexist—both in living, and in balancing Saturnian structures with Venusian sentiments…

These transpersonal responsibilities symbolized within the degrees of these current energies—they are mine, they’re yours, and they are most indeed: ours, collectively. Much like trees, we’re actively and submissively taking in energy—both singly and collectively; energy and light, resources, and time…

We are in this together, truly and cosmically, literally, and metaphorically.

We are in this together, and always have been, though we’ve waivered in how we have acknowledged and honored this through the centuries—these waiverings must now be appropriately and mindfully discerned, and be transpersonally held responsible.

We must rise. Even though we’re heavy, and weighted, and exhausted…

We must remember the potential within our shared humanity.

We must acknowledge, honestly, what we are capable of when we come together in united-ness.

We must find a balance in agreement… and redefine who we are.

We must agree that these changes needing made will honor the lives of those we may never even meet—in lifetimes being lived long after our own… and that these changes are still worth our sacrifices.

We’re each of us our own chiaroscuro, our own bit of illusion fighting to emerge into something solid, something real. We’ve got to forgive ourselves that. I must remember to forgive myself. Today’s Aquarian moon is honored by the direct stationing of Uranus, its modern ruler, through the sixth degree—a degree which was last animated through April of 2020, and July of 2019—a degree which associates itself through “the emergence of new mutations according to the great rhythms of the cosmos.”

New mutations, meaning: opportunities for evolving, and rising… to mutate means, quite scientifically, ‘to change’… the type of changing which occurs, so phenomenally and ever so rarely, in a rapid amount of time—not millions of years.

Let’s metaphorically cut ourselves open, and remember who we are.

Rudhyar elaborates this ideal, “here we see the appearance of a new type of human being who is not born from “ancestors” and who therefore is free from the inertia of mankind’s past—he is a new product of evolution, a mutant—he constitutes a fresh projection of the creative Spirit that emanates from the cosmic or planetary Whole, and not from any local culture and racial tradition… the power of the whole is focused within him in perfect freedom from ancient standards of value based on local conditions.”

Hallelujah and amen—we can dream, yes?!—we can apply these ideals within our reality through our individual daily every-days, here in the Now.

Like millions of years of light stretching throughout the cosmos to reach us—we have this evolution «within us» as it is ours to employ, our divinity.

Perhaps the disillusioned awe will be derived from the sudden and surprising realization that it can, indeed, be so simple—if only we demand it, and nothing less-than ever again…

Outraged disbelief be damned, fingers crossed.

Specific celestial events that are influencing today’s energies are Uranus stationing direct; the annual sun/Pluto conjunction; and a connection between Mars and Neptune… also, beginning today—with an exception of Mercury for a handful of weeks (Mercury is Rx from January 30-February 21)—all of the planets will be moving forwardly until April 26th… indeed, a green light to begin living in new ways—living to your fullest authentic potential—living in celestially supported transpersonal responsibility.
