Saturn, today’s lunarly ruler and sole dispositor of the day, governs today’s inferior conjunction between the sun and a retrograded Mercury at 20° Aquarius, which suggests several things…

First of all—it’s an auspicious time to begin something… to begin ‹building› something.

Secondly—it’s even more auspicious to begin something which will require personal accountability and determined discipline… something enduring—something that you will eventually be rewarded by, or through.

Thirdly—this time marks something of a saving grace… “the individual who has gone courageously and with indomitable spirit through his crucial crisis receives, as it were, a deep spiritual blessing from the soul-realm, and in this blessing a secret prophecy of what is yet to come may be seen by the perspicacious and spiritually sensitive mind of the recipient—every real spiritual step a man takes in his development is the result of a victory over forces of inertia or destruction… the Divine is totally “present” in the heart of all true victories.”

Overall—especially if you’re willing to push beyond limitations, be they your own or those assigned to you, this grace will likely influence you that much more profoundly…

This twentieth degree of Aquarius the inferior conjunction occurs through associates itself with blessings delivered, news, announcements, and/or peace movements… “you may need to solve your situation by relying on peaceful messages that come from either outside or inside of yourself… a message is very likely on its way, one that you may have been waiting to hear for some time—further, someone could say or reveal something that changes the whole situation, turning it around… however, it could be that the message is not an easy one for someone to deliver.”

Shamanic astrologer Raven Kaldera considers today’s moon the Dragon Moon, a moon when we “take a long look at the limits on our lives and consider how we can surpass them… keep your speculations pragmatic and well within the realm of possibility—what you should be challenging is your courage and ingenuity, not the laws of time, space, and physics… the Dragon Moon challenges us to be more than just an idealistic hero—we have to become a practical, prepared hero as well, or we won’t survive.”

Within the realms of a realistic reality, for better or worse, with all of its inherent limitations and man-made mandates… if you’re still managing to make magic—sharing it energetically, intending it etherically, communicating it with words, applying your words toward the structural foundations of something, or even delivering it via carrier pigeon—yes, I would say you’re on to something here.
