One of the songs Alice sings in Wonderland, as she confesses her regrets aloud to no one as her red-lined path becomes but a red square, within the shadowy woods she believes she’s trespassing through alone, as the curiously quirky creatures peek out to listen, suggests the following—
❝I give myself very good advice—but I very seldom follow it
That explains the trouble that I’m always in
Be patient—is very good advice
But the waiting makes me curious…
And I’d love the change—should something strange begin…
Well I went along my merry way—and I never stopped to reason
I should have known there’d be a price to pay
Someday, someday

Will I ever learn to do the things I should?❞
Insights and intuitions continue to coagulate as current cohesion inspires more, however intelligent, questions and quandaries.
I continue to conjure the lines from Alice in Wonderland, when Alice carefully declares with confidence, “if I had a world of my own… everything would be nonsense—nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn’t, and contrary wise, what is, it wouldn’t be—and what wouldn’t be, it would… you see?”
Yes. As an old English teacher used to offer, “clear as mud”.
It’s almost demonstrative to read those ridiculous suggestions—to pinpoint exactly the part of it that triggers the most.
Perhaps it isn’t even so much the conflicting, confronting, and confounding confusions twisting and twirling about and all over—but the tiny detail regarding this world of one’s own.

These confusions are beginning to overflow into very personal particulars without much for boundaries… and it’s probably beginning to feel a little hopeless if you’re continuing to resist the changes all around…
