Be mindful of your baggage, especially if you’ve been carrying the weight of an/Others’ burdens.

Be mindful of your mindset, perspectives, and personal versions of reality.

Be mindful of your ideals… if you’re frustrated that your ideals are not manifesting, there’s likely a reason: are they realistic?; are they being nurtured?; are you participating on your end?

And, always always, try to grasp for the potential through the problems, the opportunity through the obstacle.
