Virgo Gibbous Moon—March 16
The last several days Leonine energies leave frequencies of creativity and individuality—and as the moon moves through Virgo, these resonating vibrations of creativity and individuality shift toward the need for constructive improvements, and critical discriminations…
A particular need to look at your goals and ideals in a different light may be essential to your next moves… what do your next moves involve?—how is your vision shifting?—are your ideals vacant?
Also, the vision is one thing… your drive—another thing entirely.
Perhaps today’s energies, then, are much more effective when angled toward your drive?—and not so much your vision…
Perhaps it’s your drive that is requiring constructive improvements and critical discriminations?
Is your creativity being projected into the future?—or is it dwelling here, seemingly in limbo, within your Now, with you always, as a constant echoed mantra?
Is merely repeating the mantra working for you?
Are there alternative ways to jumpstart your individuated creativity?—to revive it or rejuvenate it with a new heartbeat?
Why the hesitation?—or, why such a rush!?
In fact, looking more deeply into the squish of your personal motivations may be effective—particularly if you’re struggling, or if you’re not experiencing any results or responses, or, perhaps you’re not experiencing the ideal of your ideals…
It may be truly enlightening to look at your motivations from a new perspective—one from which your ideals or goals are not exactly crystallized… one from which you acknowledge the details—all the little things—and you’re willing to accommodate so much more, because from this vantage point you see just how much all of it matters…
Further, “it is always better to notice when things are beginning to get out of hand or out of shape, not waiting until things are overwhelmingly messy—after all, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
Finally, shamanic astrologer Raven Kaldera suggests that this is the moon when “we take [needs] into account… keep needs in mind as you go about creating order—any project the degenerates into arguing or nagging during this time should be abandoned, and a new plan built.”
❝I long to accomplish a great and noble task, but it is my chief duty to accomplish small tasks as if they were great and noble.❞ ——Helen Keller
