Today may offer you “new understandings and awarenesses… whatever is emerging, either in you or around you needs to be accepted, welcomed, and nurtured… and it’s best to resist the old familiar ways of being or relating as they can pull you back to outgrown and possibly unsatisfactory conditions…”
New cycles are starting, new beginnings beginning… whatever your circumstances—you are experiencing an emergence into a concrete manifestation… things are happening.
However.
Not without its share of friction…
Through this particular moon’s influencing, we are “encouraged to take the drive to be in the lead, to get ahead, to be special… and to detach that drive from our own ego.”
Perhaps easier said than done, of course.
As shamanic astrologer Raven Kaldera suggests, “instead, it should be aimed at the problem in question, with all our might, and no frittering away of our energies on the pettiness of who will get credit or be seen as heroic…”
Ultimately, underlying everything is an emergence of necessary discipline… a very personally necessary need for discipline—again, much easier said than done, indeed.
Really as the moon moves to meet Jupiter in conjunction, and thereby disproportionately blowing all of the erroneous points out of all boundaries while all but ignoring the meaningful bits and important parts… and the underlying meaning, potentially out the window. Through all these new beginnings, it’s highly likely to become overwhelmingly distracted upon the wrong details and entirely overlook those more intentioned or directional.
Try to maintain a healthy focus—as in: what’s actually important and occurring, that which, particularly, involves more than yourself.
This might be the kicker today… focusing beyond yourself.
I know. Easier said than done…
What you might want to be focusing on, instead, is whether or not you’re living the life you want to live… without compromise.

How do your principles resonate with your actual life/reality?
Are you living your own principles?
Sometimes it’s easier to simply do your best when you set about embarking upon new adventures, lifestyles, or realities… and as Bruce Lee once said, to “obey the principles without being bound by them…”
