Taurus Balsamic Moon
—July 21
Fully lunarly immersed in Taurean vibrations, while the sun highlights the last and final degree of Cancer… a degree that speaks of traditions, while simultaneously, however subtly, flirting with the notion of breaking tradition.
Meanwhile, the moon meets up with Mars in conjunction through a degree associated with ‘deciding what is worth fighting for…’
And planning…
The moon later meets up with Uranus in conjunction through a degree associated with ‘endeavoring to hold life together under the enormous pressure of the new…’, and particularly, ‘shaping one’s experience according to one’s wishes’.
Tomorrow morning the moon will move into a square with Saturn, blurring forward, or laterally perhaps, from today’s energies… meeting through a degree associated with ‘basic instincts’ that can be aggressive in nature, and ‘keeping score’.
Ultimately—whether it’s traditions that you’re feeling in confliction with or personally specific foundational values or needs—either way, you might be feeling “as though it is coming out of nowhere, or from somewhere you didn’t expect, however things have probably been building up for some time—perhaps you saw it coming, or maybe you weren’t aware that the changes would go as far as they have… one thing is for sure: it is coming from somewhere deep within your emotional and spiritual development.”
Still, there’s tremendous potentially emerging here… traditions, be damned.
There is a huge possibility toward new traditions—traditions that serve everyone, and not just the majority, or merely the tradition itself.
To “observe and learn from the things that are erupting into your conscious reality…” could be a real personal evolution… though “there has probably been a recent period of throwing out things that haven’t worked, or cluttered up your life and been in the way of your forward growth… these new beginnings need to be met with a fresh sense of purpose, confidence and possibility.”
Because, ultimately ultimately—it may be that “someone may have been holding you back from pursuing what you’ve wanted and you’re now going after all you can get…”
Try not to go to extremes. Moderation is key.
❝Just because something is traditional is no reason to do it, of course.❞
