The focus today falls upon the potentials toward “losing sight of alternative possibilities…” as well as “issues of dependence, and issues of social security”, as well as “diminishing one’s essential worth while trying to please a specific need…”
Quite literally, as the moon illuminates the sun upon this degree… illuminating the focal radiance toward the notion that those who ask for very little receive precisely that.
Today is a day to proclaim personal need and to demand more if you’re not receiving the nourishment you require.
Speaking of ‘less than’ or need—the moon moves to connect with Chiron as well, through a degree illuminating ‘reverence, respect, resurrections, rebirths, and revivals…’ wherever Chiron is within the chart, either natally or transiting, is where we need to tend to what isn’t working, the vulnerable, or that which isn’t fully or completely healed. Further, this degree speaks of needing to “move past the more difficult issues or the problems of our histories, particularly issues where someone felt a sense of failure, loss, betrayal, or unfaithfulness… forgetting past hurts and insults in favor of enjoying the reality of life in the here and now will lift everyone’s spirits.”
This degree associates itself to the present “needing to be seen in the light of a new era…”
Meanwhile, the sun then moves into application with the moving grand cross connecting with the stellium between Mars, Uranus, and the NN, with Saturn, and to the SN… and this, depending upon your personal circumstances, highlights something of a well-rounded confliction between this, that, the other, and another Other entirely…
This grand cross is working through elemental fixity—suggesting that what would otherwise be a very action-oriented, movement-inspired energy is tensely redirected as a very innerly-motivated, change-inspired energy turned seemingly resistant, in that all that you might want or like to change, needed or not, could present something of an obstacle for you to push through… these energies beckon something of a taunting message of question: how badly do you want these changes to produce new results?
Today is an ideal day to ask yourself: how badly do I need something to change within my reality?—and what do I need to do differently to provoke these changes?—and should what I need changed resist… how will I respond?
