Virgo Balsamic Moon—October 21
Today’s balsamic Virgo moon is a moon shamanic astrologer Raven Kaldera suggests we “go alone to contemplate…”
Specifically, to “decide where it is best to put [your] energies.”
More likely than not—today’s a day for solitude, in one way or another… however you’re able to really dig into yourself, into the inner clockworks of the incredible machine that is You, without any interruption and/or critique… especially after a day like yesterday.
Today is not a day for judgements toward faults or failures, in the past or occurring presently… it is a day designated to improve the ways you care for yourself—either in whatever ways you’re currently faltering or with where you’ve always overlooked.
And as for the mood of the day—depending upon where your mood and motivations typically go will determine where they should be of best utility today…
If your norm is to daydream and fantasize and envision everything between a and z then you’ll need to put all of your concentration on actually living your life in real time… in making a move to actually create the life you envision.
If your norm is to put all of your concentration, motivation, action and thought into working for/on/toward your life then you’ll be more useful, today, in simply being present in your surroundings and taking lazy notice of patterns or signs or mysterious exchanges otherwise that may speak to you toward your constant motion.
If your norm is to martyr your days and take care of everyone else around you, and leave yourself for last, if even that… for the love of everything holy—take today for yourself, no fucking exceptions.
And if your norm is to struggle through every day, in whatever way—unable to really take care of anything but maybe a cat—maybe today you verbalize your needs and/or ask for help.
Either way, whatever way is right for you—ultimately, today’s solitude wants you to ask yourself: for what do you truly aspire?—and where is the disconnect between?
❝One’s solitude is neither an argument, an accusation, a reproach, or a sermon. It is simply life itself… It not only does not attract attention, or desire it, but it remains, for the most part, completely invisible.❞
