ॐOracular Mantra—ah, the Libran moon—tis a time for balancing and finding centeredness…
Beyond an organically contrived inclination toward seeking harmony today, whether it’s possible or inevitable—there’s not a huge amount of celestial quaking occurring… largely, we’re still feeling reverberations from yesterday’s rumblings, still sorting and processing appropriately… so allow me to tell you a little bit about what the moon is up to between now and tomorrow.
A most certainly diplomatic moon is applying Pluto by square, exact tomorrow, but will actually occur just beyond tomorrow’s last quarter moon…
Why am I trading time to tell you this now?
Because it allows you ample time to adjust appropriately, to better prepare yourself to allow, and to adroitly experience the full potential of what this nimiety could provide you… it’s big.

The degree to which the moon is applying Pluto, to connect exactly by square, associates itself to inner strengthening—and the “ability to develop new modes of response to basic life situations…”
Can you imagine!?—actually rewiring, or rebalancing rather, your ingrained narratives?
Something will continue to be unrealized, sure, even in an effort of prepared foreshadowing… though you may “discover in every experience a transcendent or cosmic meaning” if you’re open to it.
These energies are already building, and have been, and derive an urgency of ‘seeing through’, as it is “the mind open to the multifarious wonders of natural processes, because it sees everything with fresh eyes, not only witnesses simple facts, but pierces through appearances and perceives the great rhythms of universal life—without such a faculty the aspirant to spiritual realities is always looking for “elsewhere” yet the spirit, life, God is ever present, here and now… this world is illusion only to the individual who cannot see through its phenomena and fails to apprehend the reality these phenomena reveal even as they conceal it.”
I tell you this now so you may conjure your inner authority and choose to continue on forwardly with an open mind and an open heart, and to see through that which might otherwise look inconspicuous.

Of course, when the moon is in Libra, we naturally—and almost instinctually—seek to find balance, and as today’s energies continue to simultaneously reverberate with yesterday’s energies, coalescing with something entirely different: it’s essential to find a centeredness… as shamanic astrologer Raven Kaldera suggests, “make use of this time to be reasonable.”
This would further reflect an influencing toward your ‘responses to basic life situations’… be reasonable with yourself and your expectations—and I would imagine that harboring any expectation whatsoever would not be recommended. There’s, indeed, a particular openness needing to be applied here, to ‘experience transcendence’… however, transcendence can be found through even the slightest opening, when being opened from a place of rigidly tightened close-mindedness.
In other words—give yourself a break: angels might not sing in the background from on high…
Though… they might. Absolutely don’t rule it out—it might very well feel like an incompleteness being made complete.

Finally, today’s moon also opposes Chiron, further suggesting that you be quite «reasonably» patient with yourself, and with others, today—this process that is, and has been, unfolding and unfurling, which will continue through the rest of the month, experiencing a quite disruptive shift through the middle… this process is attempting to (further) open you to otherwise unnoticed relevancies, necessary for your inevitable breakthrough—trust this.
Much of this relevancy of potential is an effort through the energies between a lunarly square to Pluto being applied all day—occurring through a degree which associates itself with a “new strength [being] shown (some kind of technique implied thereof)… perhaps as yet unrealized.”
I would suggest being open to learning something new, or adjusting any rigidities being held from within to more appropriately approach something currently only offering you frustration.
